This week I heard from my super creative and industrious friend Carli Brewer of
Lavender Hill. She and an associate have envisioned a lovely garden with off street parking behind the house and garage in the shape of a rainbow, with vegetable beds combine with berry patches, herb and flower beds, and fruit trees.

I can't wait to do the test garden in the spring. I have a bunch of transplants too: cone flower, jupiter beard, red hot pokers...lots of flowers to make the garden area beautiful.
